Having sat in every chair in the dental office and the corporate boardroom, Hendrik brings a unique perspective and real-world, hands-on experience to optimizing operations at the practice level and developing and implementing business strategy and scalable platforms for sustainable organization wide growth. He is a certified quality management systems auditor with the experience and knowledge to design and implement systems to drive team success and business growth.

Hendrik received his dental degree from the University of Adelaide and holds MBA, EMBA, MS, business analytics and organizational leadership qualifications. He is a Chartered Management Consultant, Certified Manager and a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders, the International Institute of Directors and Managers, and the Institute of Leadership and Management. He is a full Member of the Institute of Management Consultants and the Strategic Management Society.
