Edward J. Fred is the principal and founder of EJF Consulting and TEE Enterprises, which are managerial consulting firms. Ed retired in March, 2014 as the CEO & President of CPI Aero, a publicly-held aerospace company listed on the NYSE MKT (symbol: CVU).
