Mike started his entrepreneurial career by launching one of the first social media marketing pages - PowerLiving - to be brought to market in Europe when he was 14 years old. He was able to develop a direct weekly audience of over 60,000 in 30 different countries and 3 different continents. 

 

Following that, he started his second company - Vim - which strove to democratize smart fashion. Vim was able to reach over 50,000 people in Europe and abroad. Vim's greatest success was the immediate impact it had on customers' well-being and its unwavering customer service culture. Vim got acquired in May of 2017 in an undisclosed deal. 

 

Subsequent to that, he started his third company in the marketing and apparel space, Bluntel, which strove to make apparel fashion a more conscious, fun, and expressing domain. Bluntel reached thousands of people and managed to become a global sensation, known best for the renowned “Bluntel Summer.”

 

After accumulating a wide array of experiences from the entrepreneurial field, Mike earned his degree from NYU’s Stern School of Business and proceeded to work as a financial advisor. Following that experience, and after rotating briefly within Wall Street, he begun his firm AMIVA EQUITY PARTNERS, which currently functions as the leading high tech lower-middle market boutique firm in the East Coast. 

 

Mike’s primary aim with AMIVA is to help business owners making under 100M in revenue realize premium value on the sale of their business by stimulating massive buyer demand through his wide network and proprietary technologies.
